ReplyDeleteHelpful to consider the different needs for the program spaces. The public private analysis is good, and I think its fine to make a clear formal and distinction between the two, even a different character. The public spaces are probably better with less variety of character. Unifying the public functions enables orientation and helps promote a civic atmosphere.
